During 10-14 October SLO takes part in the National Energy Saving Week for the fifth time running. We have a selection of novelty high-quality electrical products on offer for our customers. These items have either been manufactured in an environmentally-considerate way or their use conserves the environment. The campaign products have been awarded Sonepar Group's dedicated sustainable development label called BlueWay.
Each and every day SLO's personnel are steadfastly committed to helping our customers find as well as use energy-efficient products. Therefore every year SLO wishes to offer something new for its staff also and this time SLO's personnel have an opportunity to take part in a raffle wherein the main prize is the use of an electric car for one whole week.
During the Energy Saving Week companies, communities and householders alike are all encouraged towards a more environmentally-sound way to use energy and to plan sensible energy-saving methods long into the future too. The Week is also observed in hundreds of schools all over Finland and the message is carried forward in residential housing complexes as well.
The Finnish National Energy Saving Week is coordinated by Motiva Oy, the specialist in advocating energy and material efficiency.
