Holding company Sonepar Finland Oy is merged into its subsidiary SLO Oy on 31 December 2011. At the same time the ownership of Sonepar Finland Oy's subsidiaries in the Baltic countries: SLO Eesti AS, SLO Latvia SIA and UAB SLO Lithuania are transferred to SLO Oy. Previously Sonepar Finland Oy has been responsible for Sonepar Group's business operations in Finland and the Baltics.
Managing Director
Mika Höijer is in charge of SLO Oy from 1 January 2012 onwards. The current Baltic Area Director,
Pekka Syrjäkari, shall report to Sonepar Nordic's Managing Director
Anders Westmark as of 1 January 2012.
Sonepar Nordic region entails the business operations of Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Denmark and Estonia.
