Our sales and service organisation consists of 35 outlets that cover the entire country and brings a through local knowledge into our business. The pickup principle at our outlets ensures flexible service, which is complemented by professional sales and service personnel.
Logistical operations boosting our own as well as our customer's businesses are an important part of our service. Product, service and price data is provided to our customers quickly and efficiently via our web service. Likewise, we make it simple and easy for our customers to place their orders through our electronic ordering system. To better support our customers' job site logistics, we have created service concepts that enable direct job site deliveries as well as storage and management of goods on site. One feature of our service offering provides express delivery in the Helsinki area and in parts of Southern Finland where orders placed in the morning arrives in the afternoon.
We also provide our customers versatile services in stock management.
